Ms. Zhengnan GONG is the founder of the Law Office GONGAVOCATS in Paris and the partner of the TAHOTA Law Firm in China. She holds a Master of Chinese Civil and Business Law (Southwest University of Law and Political Sciences, China), an LL.M.-Master of Law in European Business Law (University Aix-Marseille 3) and a Master II in Intellectual Property Law obtained at the University of Bordeaux IV in France.
After having exercised more than 11 years in Law Firms in China and Paris, and in one of the top Intellectual Property Consulting Firms in Europe, she founded her Law Office in Paris and became a Partner in one of the biggest. law firms in China.
Thanks to her double legal competence, she practices in the field of business law and intellectual property law in both countries. Her remarkable professional background also allows her to develop recognized expertise in protecting well-known trademarks in the Chinese market.
She also advises Chinese clients on their investments in France and in Europe, and protects their intellectual property rights.
